Sunday sketch #466
This week’s sketch is another design that let me use lots of colours โ well, up to six, which is a lot for me ๐
It’s a block-based design, and each block has three distinct elements: four small circles, four orange peel units, and an outer squircle encompassing everything. So a two-colour palette is possible (though not very interesting), but a palette of three or more colours is best.
Sunday sketch #465
I’ve been creating some fairly maximalist designs lately, and this week’s sketch is no exception.
(OK, ‘maximalist’ for me is pretty much anything featuring more than 5 colours!)
Sunday sketch #441
I’m pretty sure this week’s sketch is the first time I’ve used overlapping curves. In this design, the curves are what I’d consider ‘standard’ โ one’s a circle and the other one’s a quarter-circle (or drunkard’s path). So nothing fancy. The only thing that’s new (for me) is that one crosses over the other.
